Looking to bring WyoPhilly to your business, wedding, employee appreciation event, private party, festival, grand opening, or other special event?
WyoPhilly serves directly from the food truck with fast, made-to-order service and our regular menu. For larger events, some menu items may be limited to help keep service moving quickly.
Private & Company-Paid Events
Pricing depends on the type of event, guest count, location, service time, and menu.
Company-paid events may be arranged as a guaranteed event minimum or priced per guest.
Per-person pricing starts at:
- $24 per person without a beverage
- $26 per person with a beverage
- 30-person minimum
Larger events, extended service times, and travel may require additional minimums or pricing.
Truck Requirements
- Flat parking area preferred
- Adequate room for our truck and trailer
- Approximately 60 feet of setup space
- Easy access for arrival and departure

We travel throughout Wyoming and review each event based on location, schedule, parking, expected turnout, and travel distance.
