WyoPhilly operates directly from our food truck window using our normal menu and service style. This allows guests to order fresh food directly from the truck while keeping service fast and efficient.

Private Company-Paid Events

• Most private company-paid events require a guaranteed minimum commitment of $1,500.
• This typically covers approximately 60 guests depending on menu selections and service time.
• Private events include access to our full WyoPhilly menu and standard food truck service style.
• Food preparation, staffing, scheduling, and inventory are planned in advance based on the confirmed event details provided prior to the event.
• Additional food purchases beyond the minimum commitment will be added accordingly.
• Longer service windows, travel distance, and event size may affect minimum requirements.

Every event is unique, and while most company-paid events typically require a guaranteed minimum commitment of approximately $1,500, final pricing may vary based on factors such as the type of event, guest count, menu selection, travel distance, service window, and other event-specific details. We encourage you to reach out to discuss your event, and we'll be happy to provide pricing tailored to your specific needs.

Payment Options

• Company check, cash, or credit card accepted
• Credit cards can be securely kept on file through Square and finalized at the end of service
• Itemized invoices and receipts are available upon request

Service Style

WyoPhilly operates directly from the truck window using our standard ordering system and menu setup. This helps keep service moving quickly while allowing guests to order fresh food made to order.

For larger events, certain slower menu items may be temporarily limited to help maintain fast and efficient service times.

Truck Requirements

• Flat parking area preferred
• Adequate space for truck and trailer setup
• Easy access for arrival and departure
• Our combined truck and trailer setup is approximately 60 feet long

Promotional & Grand Opening Events

WyoPhilly may selectively participate in grand openings, customer appreciation events, and promotional events depending on location, visibility, parking, scheduling, and expected turnout.
