WyoPhilly brings the food truck experience directly to your event
Our fully equipped truck arrives on-site and serves fresh meals directly from the food truck window, just like you would experience at one of our public events. Guests simply walk up to the truck, order their meal, and enjoy freshly prepared food on the spot. WyoPhilly specializes in fast, high-quality service for large gatherings, including corporate lunches, weddings, community events, and festivals.
Event Service Guidelines
To provide the best service possible, we accept bookings that meet the following:
✔ Minimum 50 guests
✔ Starting at $26 per guest
✔ Final guaranteed guest count required in advance
✔ Single host invoice/payment
✔ Stand package includes up to 2 hours of active meal service once service begins
✔ Additional service hours or late-night service available for an added fee
✔ Travel and setup fees may apply for events outside of the City of Casper or remote locations
✔ WyoPhilly requires suitable vehicle access and setup space
✔ Combined truck and trailer length is approximately 60 feet
✔ Vehicle height clearance required is 15 feet
✔ Setup area must be flat and on pavement, gravel, or other firm surface
✔ No steep grades, soft ground, mud, tight turns, low branches, or obstructed areas
✔ Client is responsible for confirming safe access prior to booking
✔ Advanced booking required
✔ Limited Availability
Event Size & Service Style
WyoPhilly is designed for larger gatherings and high-volume service.
Smaller events may still be possible with a minimum service fee.
