Choose one or all three - tender BBQ brisket, pulled pork, or chicken, rich and creamy butter mashed potatoes, parmesan bacon whole green beans, five-cheese mac and cheese made with cavatappi noodles, Italian salad with fresh romaine lettuce and organic baby spinach, sliced grape tomatoes, Julien red Brunswick onions, diced cucumber, shaved carrots all tossed in a light in-house balsamic dressing, served with croutons and parmesan cheese. Plates and cutlery: Premium white plastic wedding plates with a silver ring, heavy duty sliver plastic cutlery wrapped in a heavy black banded napkin. Priced separately.
Five Gallon decanters: Iced tea, water, lemonade. 8oz clear plastic cups, and condiments. Priced separately.

Rob Caputa is a registered, licensed, insured, certified serve safe professional within the state of Wyoming.
If a scheduled catering is canceled within 48 hours, a 20% fee of the invoice cost will be charged to the card on file. If the catering order is canceled within 24 hours or less, a 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. With a deposit, you are agreeing to the number of guests provided on the front of your contract, additional guest is negotiable.
An automatic 20% gratuity goes directly to the caterers and kitchen staff who prepare the food. If your experience is less than satisfactory, please contact Rob Caputa or Christy Cuka. Gratuity will be added automatically to your invoice.
The delivery fee will vary and be added to each invoice. We travel outside of Casper, call us for details.
A credit card is required at the time an order is placed. This is solely to reserve the date and will not be used unless authorized by the cardholder. The credit card will be charged if there is no other payment granted, there are outstanding financial obligations, or if there is a cancellation of our services within 48 hours. 5% bank transaction fee will be added to each credit card transaction. Cater reserves the right to cancel the agreement at any time for any valid reason, if caterer terminates contract any deposit will be returned in full.
